Revision der Arten der Gattung Boragosirocalus gen. nov. (Coleoptera: Curculionidae).

Abstract

The revision covers the genus Boragosirocalus gen. nov. which is distributed through Eastern Europe, the Near East and Central Asia and can be derived phylogenetically from the Ceutorhynchus subgenus Boraginobius Wagner. Of the fife species belonging to this genus the following are described as new: B. mesasiaticus spec. nov. from Central Asia, B. kulzeri spec. nov. from the Caucasusn and B. holzschuhi spec. nov. from Anatolia and Palestine.
