The data about the distribution in the Near and Middle East of the three families mentioned in the title are compiled. In addition to previously published findings, three first finds of Epermeniidae in Turkey and two first finds of Acrolepiidae in Iran and one in Afghanistan are listed. The finds of Douglasiidae are summed up for the first time. Illustrations show the hitherto unknown female genitals of two species, Digitivalva exsuccella and Tinagma culumbellum. Digitivalva amseli is described as a new species. The species cinereipunctalla Turati and Fiori, 1930, formerly classified as an Elachistid, is assigned to the Douglasiidae, genus Klimeschia, and the lutumella Amsel (1938) is a synonym of this species. To confirm the status of this taxon, a lectotype for cinereipunctella is designated.
