Abstract

The Muscidae collected by the expedition to Albania by Deutsches Entomologisches Institut in 1961 were evaluated. The Material consists of 862 individuals of 66 species, 33 of which could be established as first finds in Albania. Some individuals could not be determined as to their species. Including the results of previous special studies on the Diptera of Albania and the adjacent parts of Montenegro and Macedonia, this paper discusses a total of 96 species.
