Abstract

The Tachinidae collected by the expidition to Albania Deutsches entomologisches Institut in 1961 are evaluated. They include 154 individuals of 62 species. Apart from five species desribed from "Albania" (s.l.) these are the first definite finds on the territory of the people`s Republic of Albania where a total 300 to 400 Tachinidae may by supposed to occur.
