Abstract

In this contributiona kay is given to the European genera of the sawfly-subfanily Allantinae. The genus Eopsis Benson, 1959 is transferred from the Tenthredininae to the Allantinae. Monosoma mosquense Želochovcev is a junior Synonym of Eopsis beaumonti Benson. Revisionary notes and a key to the Eurosibirian species of Taxonus Hartig are given (Taxonus latus Jakovlev = T. ballioni Konow, syn. nov.; T. agrorum Fallén = T. creperus Konow, syn. nov.; T. allboscutellatus Niezabitowski = Ametastegia carpathica Bokotey, syn. nov.). Taxonus allbosculellatus and Eopsis beaumonti are new records for the fauna of the GDR.
