Hypena binae sp. n., eine neue Hypeninae aus Ostafrika aus der Verwandtschaft von Hypena polycyma Hampson, 1902 (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae).

Abstract

Hypena binae sp. n. from Tanzania ist described. The male and female adults, the lateral view of the head as well as the genitalia are illustrated. The species is closely related to Hypena polycyma Hampson, 1902. A checklist of the African and Madagascan species of the subgenus Hypena Schrank, 1802 is added.
