Geostiba-Arten aus Bulgarien (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae: Aleocharinae).

Abstract

Five species from southwestern Bulgaria are described as new and compared with related species: Geostiba (Ditroposipalia) behnei sp. n. from the southwestern Pirin mountain range, Geostiba (Geostiba) slaviankaensis sp. n. from the Slavianka mountain range [= Ali Botush] and from the adjacent southern Pirin mountain range, Geostiba (Geostiba) ossogovskaensis sp. n. from the Ossogovska Planina mountain range, Geostiba (Geostiba) ilievi sp. n. from the Maleshevska Planina mountain range, and Geostiba (Geostiba) belasizaensis sp. n. from the Belasiza mountain range. The primary and, for the species of the subgenus Geostiba, also some of the secondary sexual characters are figured. New records are reported for Geostiba (Sipalotricha) bulbifera Zerche, 1988, Geostiba (Geostiba) circellaris (Gravenhorst, 1806), and Geostiba (Tylosipalia) bulgarica Pace, 1983. The former is recorded for the first time from four massifs of the Stara Planina mountain range and from the Maleshevska Planina mountain range. The latter is recorded for the first time from the Etropolska Planina of the Stara Planina mountain range and from the Maleshevska Planina mountain range. A catalogue of the 11 species known from Bulgaria is presented.
