Abstract

The completions to the „Katalog der afrikanischen Arten“ of the Tingidae concern the new genus Therontingis Duarte-Rodrigues, 2002 and the five new species Cantacader affinis Lis, 2003, Cantacader iranicus Lis, 2001, Cantacader natalensis Lis, 2003, Agramma secunda Lis, 2003 und Therontingis theroni Duarte-Rodri-gues, 2002. The synonyms are made by Lis for the four species Cantacader angustecostatus Štusak, 1979 = basilewekyi Schouteden, 1955, Cantacader insularis Drake, 1957 = afzelii Stål, 1873, Cantacader letabanus Duarte-Rodrigues, 1982 = clairi Schouteden, 1965 and Cantacader schoutedeni Štusak, 1984 = afzelii Stål, 1873. New dicoveries and figures are quoted for 10 species, hostplants for Angolotingis vilhenai Drake, 1955 and Haedus cirratus Drake & Hill, 1964.
