Abstract

Ectemnius (Thyreocerus) zonsteini sp. n. is described from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. This species is classified with the species-group of E. crassicornis (Spinola, 1808). New and known faunistic data are summarised for these species. Two forms are mentioned for E. crassicornis, whose males differs in antennal morphology.
