Abstract

In the present paper, which is the continuation of a previous publication under the same headings (Beitr. Ent., 6 (1956), 521-534), the author gives supplementary descriptions of the species of the genus Harrisoniella Bedford. Remarks on morphology of the so called "oesophageal sclerite" or "oesophageal gland" and of the abdominal pleurites following the systematic part of the paper, serve to remove the erroneous interpretation of the first and to point out to the taxonomic value of the latter. The right term for "oesophageal sclerite" proposed is "cibarial sclerite".
