Zum Auftreten von Parasiten und Mikroorganismen bei Kieferninsekten. (Ein Beitrag zur Auswertung der Winterprobesuchen 1964/1965).

Abstract

An additional study of the results of the samples taken in the winter of 1964/1965 shows that a certain number of parasite species locally helped to control the population dynamics of Bupalus piniarius Linne and contributed to the latency of Dendrolimus pini Linne, Panolis flammea Schiffermüller and Diprion pini Linne, but with the exception of Cratichneumon nigritarius (Gravenhorst) and Barichneumon bilunulatus Gravenhorst, a slightly higher number of which was found on Bupalus piniarius Linne, all parasites appeared only sporadically. Apart from some pathogenic fungi no other pathogenic agents, as bacteria or polyhedrons, could be detected in the host insects.
