Abstract

The present paper reports the results of catches made by tapping or by means of corrugated paper belts in the years 1964 and 1965. They were made in various orchards during the months from May to October or November. The predatory species of Miridae and Anthocoridae are briefly characterized. It is suggested that the main periods of activity of our most important useful insects should be taken into account when measures of chemical pest control are carried out.
