Eine Methode zur radioaktiven Massenmarkierung von Meligethes spec. mit 32P1.

Abstract

A method was developed by which a considerable ntlmber of Meligethes spec. can be marked with 32p in a short time. We used Erlenmeyerflasks (1000 ml) with 150 ml of a three per cent sugar solution in each. Carrier-free phosphoric acid, in the form of a hydrous NaH232P04 solution, was added as tracer liquid. The activity of the tracer liquid was 10 milli curie. Only two hours later most of the Meligethes were sufficiently marked for the purposes of the tests. No impairment of their body functions or their flying activities was observed.
