Über den Verbleib der Hymenopteren-Typen Schmiedeknechts.

Abstract

This paper sums up the results of the author's investigations into the present where abouts of Schmiedeknecht's private collection which contained numerous holotypes and syntypes. By far the greater part of the material is now in the Zoological Museum in Berlin or still in the museum at Rudolstadt. Other institutions concerned with the preservation of trus collection are listed, and in some cases the material they keep is mentioned. Most of the types, apart from the non-palaearctic, have been located.
