The above publication deals with the Trichoptera collected by the expedition of the Deutsches Entomologisches Institut in 1961 to Albania and contains a complete list of species known hom this country up to the present time too. The material collected of the above expedition contains 89 specimen of 19 species of Trichoptera, 14 of which being new in the fauna of Albania. Further a new species of Notidobia albanica sp. n. has been described and figured; it belongs to the mediterranean group of species of the genus Notidobia. A female of the species Tinodes braueri has most probably been found in the Albanian material and the species Hydropsyche mostarensis has been differentiated and it is the first finding since it was described by Klapalek. Including some re cords, which remained still dubious, there are now 48 species of Trichoptera known from Albania, three of which have been determined in fauna of the Albania only.
