Zur Anatomie des männlichen Kopulationsapparates bei Epermenia illigerella (Hübner) (Lepidoptera: Epermeniidae).

Abstract

The muscles of the male copulatory apparatus of Epermenia illigerella were examined. The results were checked against those of other authors. A comparison with more primitive groups of butterflies shows a reduction in the number of the muscles.
